Transitioning Guidance

We help guide parents and students transition between each stage in the student's educational process.

Middle School to High School

Transitioning from Middle School can become overwhelming for families and their children. We assist through one to one 'training' sessions to help prepare the student begin their road towards what is expected of them, what is necessary and what is extremely important.

High School to Higher Education

We assist with individualized sessions for students and their parents on what steps to take after they have made their decision... what's next after High School. Assistance is guided from college applications to assistance with financial needs and portals.

High School to Age 21

Somer students are not ready to graduate and may need to remain until age 21 through their IEP. Guidance is offered towards independence and fulfilling lives. Conversations should begin at age 16 in their IEP.
